"All the Missing Girls" by Megan Miranda tells the story of Nicolette Farrell, who returns to her rural hometown after a decade to care for her ailing father, only to find herself entangled in the disappearance of another young woman, Annaleise, who is connected to the unsolved disappearance of her childhood friend, Corinne, from ten years prior. The novel is unique in that it is told in reverse chronological order, starting from day 15 after Annaleise's disappearance and moving backward to day 1.
