The Incredibles junior novelization retells the story of the Parr family—Mr. Incredible (Bob), Elastigirl (Helen), Violet, Dash, and baby Jack-Jack—forced to live as normal suburbanites after supers are banned, but drawn back into action when Mr. Incredible takes secret hero work, uncovers villain Syndrome's plot to unleash an Omnidroid, and must unite with his family, discovering their own powers to save the world from the villain and his machine, with help from Frozone and Edna Mode.
